ASA-CSSA-SSSA journals partner with Dryad Digital Repository to provide free data deposit services to journal authors to help them adhere to journal, funder, and institutional data policies.

Make your research data available to the scientific community by taking advantage of this no-cost benefit when publishing in any of the 13 ASA, CSSA, and SSSA journals. An easy data deposit process allows you to share all the data from your project in one place with minimum effort. Additionally, Dryad curators will quality check your data files before posting online, and they will guide you through current best practices.

Dryad is a researcher and author resource providing a curated home to make data discoverable, freely reusable, and citable. Dryad is open to a wide variety of data types. Through Dryad, journal authors can be assured of data preservation, while also satisfying journal and research funding mandates. Data deposited in Dryad receives a permanent, unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), which is linked to the published journal article.

Journal authors may submit data files when their associated manuscript is at any stage in publishing (under review, after acceptance, in production, published).
